ClearMind Reset ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application ClearMind Reset (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to this policy.
We collect the following types of information: • Account information: email address and display name when you register. • Mood & usage data: mood check-ins, feeling tags, and notes you voluntarily enter. • Usage data: reset activity, streak counts, and milestones — stored locally on your device. • Device data: device type, operating system version, and app version for diagnostic purposes.
We use the information we collect to: • Provide, operate, and improve the App. • Personalise your experience (e.g. greetings, streak tracking). • Send optional daily reminder notifications (only with your explicit permission). • Respond to support requests. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Mood logs, streak data, and settings are stored locally on your device using browser/app local storage. Account information is stored securely on our infrastructure. We retain your data for as long as your account is active.
You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Profile tab → Settings → Delete Account. Upon deletion: • Your account record is permanently removed from our servers. • All locally stored mood logs, streaks, and settings are erased from your device. This action is irreversible.
The App may request permission to send you local push notifications as daily reminders. You can enable or disable these at any time in the App's Profile settings or in your device's system settings. We do not use notifications for marketing.
ClearMind Reset is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
We implement industry-standard measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We encourage you to use a strong password and keep your credentials confidential.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date above and, where appropriate, through an in-app notice. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
